Pay is based upon experience and as established by the Ball-Chatham Education Association Collective Bargaining Agreement Salary Schedule B-3 (Athletics).

Certified staff receive the “base” plus TRS benefit.

Support and encourage the creation of visual art in all shapes and forms
Function as liaison with community organization events
Set meeting dates, times, and agendas

Broad knowledge and ability to teach art to children
Ability to pass a fingerprint criminal background check
