Beekeeper’s Naturals is seeking a passionate designer eager to make a meaningful impact. As a Junior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving our brand identity. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design and execute a diverse range of projects. You will be key in supporting our growth initiatives and product launches by creating designs and assets for web, in-store displays, social media, presentations, emails, influencer mailers, and more. What You Will Do:

Apply a solid understanding of typography and composition to create impactful visual communications.
Design a variety of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, website elements, marketing emails, and promotional items.
Support PR initiatives with design work for mailers, merchandise, and event materials.
Assist the Creative Director in developing mood boards for production, ideating campaign concepts, and designing new packaging, displays, and presentations..
Create and manage assets for our website and Amazon product pages.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to deadlines.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Ability to work with graphics, print, packaging, digital, and video assets.
A portfolio showcasing campaigns that scale across multiple touchpoints.
Understanding of production best practices for both print and digital media.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to concept and execute creative projects.

Nice to have Qualifications:

Experience in motion graphics and video editing
Experience in website UI/UX
Familiarity with 3D modeling programs
