Demos Bros Games is looking for a dynamic and innovative Game Designer starting out in an unpaid capacity with the opportunity to gain a stake in the future of the company and drive the next generation of game development.

What You'll Do:

Innovate with AI: Experiment with and integrate cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance gameplay, NPC behavior, and overall player experience.
Creative Vision: Lead the artistic and creative direction of our games, ensuring a cohesive and compelling experience for players.
Collaborate: Work closely with artists, developers, and other designers to bring your visions to life.
Research: Stay ahead of industry trends by researching and implementing new methodologies in game design and AI.
Mentorship: Guide and inspire junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous learning.

What We're Looking For:

Proven track record as a game designer, with at least 2 years of experience.
Creativity in art and design and proficiency in game design tools.
Ability to think outside the box and push the boundaries of traditional game design.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Deep love for gaming and a desire to create memorable player experiences.
Preferred: Experience with Unity, C# and Blender
Nice to have: Experience with UX/UI design, sound design and AI applications in games
