✏️ POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a junior designer to join our small creative team. We are interested in creatives who want the opportunity to work with clients in various industries including luxury, fashion, beauty, consumer goods, hospitality and tech etc.

This is an ideal position for a recent college graduate looking for a hands-on experience with growth potential.

💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Create visual assets for social media channels, web and email campaigns.
Contribute fresh, innovative ideas and graphic solutions.
Participate in brand development projects including web, packaging, logo design, brand book designs, motion graphics.
Create conversion drive email marketing campaigns on a weekly basis.
Assist both marketing and creative teams with various tasks as needed.

🕊️ IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Strong eye for color, composition and detail. Ability to proof one’s own work and catch errors.
Eagerness to learn new techniques, and keep up with design and marketing trends.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strategic thinker willing to push the envelope and bring fresh, innovative ideas to life.

🎀 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
Multi-disciplinary design portfolio
Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, and Keynote.
Experience in UI/UX, HTML/CSS, and/or Motion is a huge plus
Knowledge of Shopify, and email and SMS marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
Knowledge and understanding of creative content for social platforms
