The Role
CAA Baseball is seeking a Graphic Design Apprentice with previous experience in creative media, knowledge of media platforms, and proficiency in Adobe CC programs to contribute to our creative team.
This position is seasonal with employment from June through November 2025.

Responsibilities
• Design graphics and content to be used on CAA Baseball's social media platforms
• Edit and produce short term videos to be used on client social media platforms
• Participate in ideating and executing social media strategy for both the baseball department and clients
• Source and collect relevant content to satisfy needs for graphic requests
• Assist with additional projects as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in graphic design, visual arts, advertising, or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe CC programs (including but not limited to Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign, and Illustrator)
• 0-2 years of relevant internship or work experience with a focus in sports graphic design
• Understanding of marketing content strategy and growth tactics
• Basic knowledge of video editing and production
• Strong service mentality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of design principles and creative trends with an online creative portfolio
• Must be able to prioritize while working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
• Motion design capabilities using Adobe After Effects is a plus
• Experience within a large, sports-related organization or agency
• Prior experience in baseball graphic design is preferred
Location
• This role will be on-site based out of the Nashville office
Compensation
• The base hourly rate for this position is $15.00. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
