Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: This is a fully remote position. Priority given to candidates in Pacific and Mountain time zones due to location of clients.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth communication and project execution between clients, team members, and management. This position involves note-taking during client calls, maintaining accurate project tracking, facilitating the workflow between editors and management, and ensuring progress on all active projects.
Key Responsibilities:
-Client Interaction:
--Attend all client calls to take detailed notes and capture key discussion points and action items.
--Communicate client feedback and requirements clearly to the internal team.
-Project Management:
--Maintain and update project trackers with accurate and current information.
--Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring all deadlines are met.
-Coordination with Editors:
--Manage the distribution of footage and assets to editors.
--Work closely with editors to ensure they have all necessary resources to complete their tasks efficiently.
--Follow up with editors to address any challenges or requirements during the editing process.
-Collaboration with Management:
--Partner with high-level management to review project progress and identify areas that need attention.
--Provide regular status updates to management and recommend solutions to potential roadblocks.
-Administrative Support:
--Organize and maintain documentation related to all ongoing projects.
--Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all participants are prepared and informed.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in project coordination, administrative support, or a related field.
-Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello) and standard office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
-Familiarity with creative workflows, particularly in video production or similar industries, is a plus.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: 1099 Position to start with potential to become W2. $3,750-$4,600/month, commensurate with experience.
