We’re searching for a Junior Graphic Designer with a true passion for design, a hunger to learn, and the organizational skills to keep projects running smoothly. Whether you're crafting layouts for our stunning catalogs or brainstorming fresh ideas for social media, this is your opportunity to grow as part of a talented team while contributing to a brand that inspires thousands of businesses.
The Essential Functions Include
- Create layouts and visuals for social media, digital ads, and email campaigns.
- Design print materials like our 450-page annual catalog, seasonal holiday catalogs, and other supplemental pieces that showcase our beautiful product collections.
- Collaborate with our team to organize and present over 1,000 new products each year, ensuring they shine in print and digital formats.
- Develop materials and visuals for our presence at six yearly trade shows, capturing the spirit of our brand.
- Manage and organize 1,000+ product images and associated data for seamless catalog and marketing project execution.
- Support various departments with quick-turnaround designs, including HR materials, sales collateral, and internal forms.
- Share your creative ideas and try new things, while staying consistent with our brand’s aesthetic and voice.
- Embrace opportunities to sharpen your design skills, explore new techniques, and stay up-to-date with trends in both design and the home and floral fashion industries.
Requirements
- You love what you do and bring that energy to every project.
- A flair for layouts and expertise in InDesign.
- Proficiency in design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
- Bonus points for experience with data merges and tools like Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience in a project management tool
