Position Overview
Graphic Designer works with the Marketing team to design and develop new products, seasonal collections, private label, and related support materials for the home fragrance industry. This role consistently provides proactive and enthusiastic support to meet ongoing marketing needs.
Essential Job Functions (include, but not limited to)
- Support Marketing team with a range of ongoing tasks and projects, including:
- Label design
- Product development
- Customer and showroom sample needs
- Tradeshow preparation
- File preparation and management
- Photos for customer websites
- Collaborate with other designers and managers to support ongoing catalog development, both print and digital.
- Design product and packaging as needed.
- Communicate regularly with the Asia team in development of product and packaging for imported finished goods.
- Assist with customer presentations.
- Help plan and organize photography needs, including sourcing props, styling, and organizing the photo database.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- A 4-year College or University Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Graphic Design.
- Mac proficient.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to demonstrate independent and logical thinking skills, and take creative ideas into actions.
- Excellent teamwork skills to support designers and cross-functional teams.
- Self-driven and detail-oriented; able to identify problems and respond promptly and appropriately.
- Ability to organize packaging and company-owned graphic files electronically into a database while maintaining excellent quality.
- Capability to perform in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- A portfolio demonstrating a strong design aesthetic.
- Project management skills/experience is a plus.
- Ability to work full-time and on-site with regular attendance required.
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule and overtime as needed.
Requirements – Physical & Environmental
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.
- Position requires the ability to stand, walk around the office and plant, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds as needed.
- Low sensitivity to a highly fragranced work environment.
