Primary Job Functions
- Serves as a resource and assists the Director of Marketing with projects related to Marketing.
- Develop, design and produce a variety of deliverables including flyers, brochures, advertisements, direct mail pieces, e-mails, banners/posters, presentations, trade show graphics, web graphics, newsletters, training materials, and other sales collateral and ensure they follow the brand standards.
- Responsible for tracking all job requests that come into the Design Center and makes sure all deadlines are met in a timely manner.
- Participates in and leads, when assigned, the creative process by presenting well-developed and strategic creative solutions to meet all project objectives.
- Design dramatic and eye-catching graphic solutions to communicate the brand message in all marketing materials.
- Illustrate concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
- Responsible for all aspects of projects (including logo design, typography, photo retouching, preparing files to printer/ vendor)
- Responsible for all on property signage (including timely posting/update and removal)
- Assigns tasks/assignments to the Marketing Specialist as sees fit.
- Reviews all materials designed by the Design Center for brand and legal disclaimers and is responsible for getting the artwork signed off by Director of Marketing prior to publishing/printing.
- Establishes an effective working relationship with all operating departments.
- Understands and follows departmental and Company policies and procedures.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by Director of Marketing or Casino Management.

Education And/Or Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of related experience in graphic design. Casino related experience preferred.

- Must possess an ability to work with minimal supervision and make educated ethical decisions as necessary.
- Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Must be able to resolve conflicts and have effective communication skills with all levels of employees and be able to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must be highly organized and pay excellent attention to detail.
- Must demonstrate an ability to work independently and to prepare detailed professional correspondence, memoranda, policies, procedures and regulations related to the employee’s duties.
- Must have strong presentation skills.
- Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule, to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of layout skills, creative services and desktop publishing tools is required.
- Must be proficient in all design related programs and have intimate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and expert knowledge in Macintosh platform. Experience with PowerPoint, digital production and print production.
- Must have a Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position
