The Junior Visual Merchandising Designer will focus on creating impactful visuals for both digital and in-store marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with the marketing and merchandising teams to develop content that resonates with our audience and enhances the store's aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Content Creation:
- Develop graphics, animations, and layouts for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and online ads.
- Design visuals for marketing campaigns and banners that align with seasonal promotions and brand campaigns.
- Support content strategy by contributing creative ideas that highlight beauty trends and products.
2. In-Store Marketing Collateral:
- Design point-of-sale materials, promotional posters, signage, and window displays to create an inviting store environment.
- Collaborate with merchandising teams to support seasonal displays and product presentation, ensuring visual cohesion with digital channels.
3. Brand Consistency and Visual Identity:
- Ensure that all design materials adhere to brand guidelines to maintain a consistent look and feel across all channels.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of brand standards and help refine visual elements that elevate the in-store and online customer experience.
4. Team Collaboration and Organization:
- Work with the marketing and retail teams to ensure all design needs are met and executed on time.
- Organize and maintain design files, preparing them for digital publication or print production as needed.
