Are you a creative professional with a love for Broadway and the arts? As a Designer, you'll bring high-quality design concepts to life across diverse media, from digital and print to out-of-home and video. Your work will help shape the visual identity of some of the most iconic musicals and plays on Broadway and beyond.
With a passion for storytelling through design and an eye for detail, the Designer delivers purposeful, polished work that exceeds client expectations. You thrive in a collaborative environment, juggling multiple projects while maintaining brand consistency and creative integrity.
Our office is located in midtown Manhattan and we are currently working in-office three days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What You'll Do
- Design with Precision: Create compelling assets across print, digital, out-of-home, and video platforms, ensuring brand alignment and technical accuracy
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with Senior Designers and Art Directors to translate creative briefs into impactful visuals
- Incorporate Feedback: Refine designs efficiently based on input while maintaining high-quality standards
- Prepare for Production: Deliver production-ready files that meet technical specifications for various media
- Stay Current: Stay informed on design tools, trends, and techniques to enhance creative output
- Balance Priorities: Manage deadlines across multiple projects, delivering consistent, dependable creative support
- Contribute Ideas: Participate in brainstorms and project kickoffs, bringing fresh concepts to campaigns and projects
Who You Are
- A detail-oriented designer with a passion for Broadway and theatre
- Skilled in delivering polished, versatile designs across a variety of media
- Adaptable, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A collaborative team player with a commitment to creative excellence and continuous learning
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience at a creative agency or similar environment
- A portfolio showcasing polished, well-thought design in a hands-on role
- Strong motion design experience and skills, primarily focused in Adobe After Effects
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Eagle-eye for details like spotting alignment issues and inconsistencies
- Strong sense of typography
- Dynamic and confident presentation skills to pitch ideas clearly and effectively
- Ability to manage multiple projects for multiple clients in a fast-paced creative environment
- A deep understanding of how technical factors affect designing for the digital space
- Troubleshooting skills and ability to problem solve efficiently, intelligently and with positivity
- Interest and/or experience in arts and live entertainment preferred
- Illustration and print production experience a plus
