What We Do
Epic's multi-specialized team of attorneys and legal professionals partner across our organization to provide legal solutions as well as consult and inform on the products we build and games we develop.
What You'll Do
You'll join our in-house litigation team and provide world-class legal support to a dynamic, ambitious, and fast-paced video game and software development company. You'll leverage your strong initiative, sound judgment, and litigation expertise to support cases pending in the US and internationally covering a diverse range of laws and topics. You'll collaborate with the litigation team to move cases efficiently and effectively to obtain the best results for the company.
In this role, you will
• Assist with all phases of litigation including litigation holds, custodial interviews, initial case investigation, document production, and trial logistics.
• Coordinate and schedule witness interviews and depositions.
• Assist with Epic's Informal Dispute Resolution process including reviewing and tracking incoming disputes, as well as leading factual investigations working with Player Support, InfoSec and EcoSec.
• Create, maintain, and organize electronic files/databases.
• Assist attorneys with responses to subpoenas, case and matter tracking, as well as process improvement.

• Familiarity with the US litigation process.
• Detail oriented and driven to provide high-quality work.
• Four+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience working with G-Suite, AirTable, Sailpoint, Relativity and/or Logikcull/REVEAL.
This role is open to multiple locations across the US (including CA, NYC, & WA).

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren't limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic's generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).
New York City Base Pay Range
$97,921 — $143,617 USD
California Base Pay Range
$97,921 — $143,617 USD
Washington Base Pay Range
$92,045 — $135,000 USD
