**DreamWorks TV - Production Coordinator**
**Location:** 1000 Flower St, Glendale, California
**Job Title:** Production Coordinator (CG Team)
**Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate shipping of materials to partner studios, ensuring accurate labeling and filing.
- Manage day-to-day tracking of CG asset builds in production databases.
- Ensure adherence to workflows for seamless collaboration between DreamWorks CG Team and partner studios.
- Maintain daily output information for the CG department.
- Communicate deadlines effectively to artists and provide support to partner studios.
- Facilitate timely delivery of production materials and address partner studio questions.
- Oversee quality control processes for CG assets, model packs, and reference materials before delivery.
- Perform daily check-ins with team members to track project progress.
- Identify and escalate potential issues to the Production Supervisor or Manager.
- Coordinate CG asset archiving and assist with ad hoc projects.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in TV animation production, CG experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Maya, Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail, and production tracking databases.
