What You’ll Do
As a Designer working under the direction of a Senior Designer or Design Director, you will:
- Collaborate in the design of innovative retail environments
- Elevate brand experiences through the development of 2D and 3D consumer-facing design
- Assist on medium to large projects with a strong creative vision involving multiple specialized disciplines
- Create both independent, original design solutions and help develop and execute work by others
What You’ll Need
- An understanding of branding and the latest trends within retail and commercial environments
- The ability to sketch or represent design thinking using traditional tools, including hand sketching
- Experience producing creative print collateral, digital, and environmental solutions across 2D and 3D applications
- Strong skills in integrating brand messaging, color, imagery, type, and composition
- Expertise in developing big ideas and innovative concepts
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and a professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines
- 2+ years of design experience in retail environments
- Proficiency with Macintosh-based software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint
