[Key Responsibilities]
Program Support
- Assist in executing U.S.-tailored training programs by coordinating class schedules, tracking trainee attendance, and preparing necessary materials.
- Support the development and maintenance of training curricula by gathering feedback from trainees and instructors.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day program operations, ensuring smooth execution of all activities.
Trainee Management Assistance
- Maintain accurate records of trainee progress, including attendance, performance, and evaluation data.
- Facilitate communication between trainees and program staff to ensure clarity on program objectives and expectations.
- Assist with organizing feedback sessions to enhance trainee experiences.
Budget and Resource Tracking
- Support budget tracking by compiling and organizing expense data for monthly reports.
- Assist in resource allocation by managing inventory for training materials, ensuring timely procurement and availability.
Facility and Event Coordination
- Help manage T&D facility logistics, including room bookings, equipment setup, and ensuring the training environment is safe and productive.
- Coordinate logistics for events such as trainee showcases, workshops, and evaluations.
Innovation and Experimentation Support
- Contribute ideas to foster innovation within the T&D program, helping to improve processes and workflows.
- Assist in implementing pilot projects and experiments under the guidance of the senior manager / director.
[Key Qualifications]
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education management, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, program coordination, or a related role, ideally in the talent development or creative industries.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Basic understanding of budgeting and expense tracking.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
Preferred:
- Strong preference for experience in the music industry; additional experience in sports or performance arts industries is also valuable.
- Passion for talent development and a deep understanding of music and dance performance.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to solving challenges.
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Background in youth and leadership development.
Salary: $68,640-$75,000
