Job Description
Activision is looking for a dynamic Associate Producer to join our Player Support planning and production team. We’re looking for someone with passion for growing great player experiences across customer support and gaming.
Your Mission
This Associate Producer serves as an advocate for Player Support and helps with support offerings for Activision. This role will work with production team to facilitate incident management activities and coordinate the production components for support launches. This is a great opportunity to work cross-functionally with internal and external resources to help resolve player issues!
What You Can Bring To The Table
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Organize internal production processes tailored to project scope, time, resources and dependencies
- Track project schedules, monitor production progress and provide status updates
- Partner with internal team to escalate priority issues from support channel and appropriately condition details to relevant parties
- Attend cross-functional work sessions and capture relevant details to aid with incident management readiness
- Collaborate with Activision cross-functional teams (studios, marketing, product teams, PR, legal and QA) to address contact drivers and CS reported issues
- Work with production team to facilitate iterative workflow towards releasing CS initiatives and projects
- Perform special tasks as assigned or required
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in a producer, project management, or related position in a customer service or digital agency environment
- Knowledgeable about video games and trends in the industry
- Understanding of project management methodologies (agile/scrum/kanban, waterfall).
- Outstanding organizational skills to multi-task demanding work priorities and effective use of resources
- Experienced performing in collaborative software (JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint, Google workspace)
- Strong tasks and issue-tracking processes with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven organizational skills to work closely with many internal / external groups, and vendors
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a customer experience/support function
- Degree in Project Management, Communications or related
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM)
- Experience with customer support related CRMs (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Impressive talents to build compelling presentations and deliver to the applicable audience
- Ability to create user experience documentation, user flows and wireframes
- Passion for video games

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $19.23 - $35.58 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
