Ohana A.F. Tiki Bar & Lounge is the first and only alcohol-free social club in the Capital Region, located at Saratoga Paint & Drip Studios in Saratoga Springs, NY. We offer a variety of arts and crafts, live music, karaoke, and a wide selection of non-alcoholic beverages including tropical mocktails and NA craft beers and wine. Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for an Art Instructor, located in Saratoga in the heart of New York's Capital Region. The schedule is very flexible and tailored for each instructor's needs. The Art Instructor will be responsible for developing and delivering custom artwork for classes and parties, teaching acrylic painting, and supporting various DIY arts and crafts activities. The role involves engaging with participants, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a creative and inclusive environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Teaching
- Curriculum development is a plus
- Proficiency in Painting and Drawing
- Strong background in Art
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - written and verbal
- Experience in organizing and facilitating events
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
- Any degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field is very desirable
