We’re looking for a full time Junior Designer to join our creative team. You will get your hands dirty executing a wide range of design projects for experiential activations, motion graphics, digital, and social media with a focus on branding.
As a Designer at Inkling, you’ll be expected to take direction from written or verbal briefs and convert them into intentional design treatments with the project teams. You should have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing best practices, and the ability to adjust design approaches to each project, not limited to digital, print and physical experiences.

- Work from our Bushwick studio a minimum of 2 days a week
- A portfolio of great multidisciplinary work
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fresh design aesthetic, variations on styles, and awareness of design trends
- Ability to receive direction and comprehend feedback, and learn from teammates but also take initiative and meet various design challenges
- Detail-oriented with a passion for working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or similar discipline
