Terraboost Media is currently seeking an Art Coordinator. The Art Coordinator is responsible for monitoring incoming campaigns and bringing the customer through the entire art approval process. This position will work with the customer from the initial contact, to getting the information of what the customer wants on their creative, through gaining customer approval on the final proof. After the process is complete, the Art Coordinator will hand off the approved artwork to the next team.
Compensation is $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Essential Functions
- Facilitate communication with internal and external customers.
- Support Operations in meeting local clients needs.
- Ensure that all activities conform to company and client standards.
- Identify and resolve problems during the art approval process.
- Be able to effectively communicate and manage upwards of 100 clients at a time.
- Be able to communicate best practices in a succinct way.
- Effectively communicate with text, email, verbal, and written communication methods.
- Be able to articulate what a client wants to a graphic designer
- Manage your work queue in accordance with KPI standards.

Minimum Required Education And Work Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree preferred
- 1 year of experience working with or around graphic design is preferred
