What We Do
We are a dedicated and talented team of Creative Directors collaborating closely with Marketing and other departments on film and TV projects for Worldwide Home Entertainment. Our responsibilities include creating key art, print, and digital assets for new releases and the extensive WBD catalog. We brainstorm new ideas, develop logos and title treatments, and handle various internal requests.
Project
Our team could use an additional skilled graphic designer with technical skills, and eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to assist with day-to-day operations and assignments/projects.
Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role
80%:
Reviews and processes creative assets from productions, partners, DC, and CP. Opens files in the native creative suite application to ensure proper resolution, inclusion of linked files, and use of monotype fonts. Tracks down and relinks any missing files, replaces non-monotype fonts, and performs extraction, retouching, and cropping of photography in Photoshop.
Take existing assets and resize and repost them for retailers when retailer spec changes or new assets are requested.
Design and produce a wide range of digital assets including comps internally for various promotions, including line looks, monthly thematics, YouTube channel logos, static end cards, social media profile photos, among other tasks without the use of A.I. software.
Design and deliver mechanicals for invitations and congratulatory ads requested by upper management and publicity.
Designs and executes comps, storyboards, presentation boards, style guides and other creative materials as needed using Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator/Acrobat Pro/Bridge.
Support internal and external digital and print media design for all WB films and TV.
Works closely with Creative Director on development of creative materials including regular review of comps and timelines.
10%:
Thoughtfully researches, carefully selects and organizes all artwork, copy and legal requirements for all releases.
5%:
Attends weekly creative meetings to review work with team.

Attends weekly status/kick-off meetings, creative review meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Must Have Skills / Requirements
- Adobe Creative Suite Experience
- Advanced skills in ALL Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Typography & Graphic Design
- Examples in portfolio and in resumes work experience.
- Advanced Photoshop Skills & Knowledge
- Retouching, Imaging, Typography, Masking, etc.

1-3 Years of experience as a graphic designer for design studio, advertising agency, or other related industry

Education / Certifications
- BA in Graphic Design or similar field.
