We're adding a Junior Graphic Designer that will bring fresh ideas and design execution to the team. You will work with a team of experienced designers on projects ranging from web assets, social media collaterals, emails and events. Responsible for helping to maintain brand standards across a broad range of deliverables and uses to ensure GHOST’s look and feel are as good as the products we make.

The Deets:
- Assist in the creation of new designs according to brand and campaign guidelines
- Create visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers
- Create, edit, and manage the production of brand-consistent digital content for e-commerce, website, social media, emails, events, etc.
- Develop content that can be used across a multitude of digital platforms
- Work directly with the cross-functional teams to understand goals, meet design needs and communicate timelines
- Manage workflow to deliver projects within agreed timeframes
The Requirements:
- 1 year experience as a hands-on designer in a marketing department or ad agency (portfolio required)
- Fully proficient with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator Skills
- Organized and able to multitask
- Able to take constructive direction/feedback
- Collaborative approach
- Team participation skills
- Comfortable and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Strong eye for detail
