**Position Title:** Game Presentation Production Assistant (PT)
**Location:** Spurs Sports & Entertainment
**Job Summary:**
The Game Presentation Production Assistant will assist the Game Presentation Production department in the planning and execution of live production for San Antonio Spurs and San Antonio FC events. This seasonal, entry-level position supports production staff, handles various office duties, and participates in game night operations.
**What You’ll Do:**
- Assist production staff with planning and executing season-long content and LED projects
- Curate content for concourse displays and maintain planning documents
- Manage software plugins and updates
- Assist with game night production in the control room
- Maintain and execute archiving processes during Spurs and franchise events
- Handle office duties, including submitting purchase requests, processing invoices, working with vendors, and updating calendars
- Shadow production staff and departments to gain additional experience
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Who You Are:**
- Current student or recent graduate with a concentration in Media Production, or 1-2 years of entry-level experience in media production
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledgeable in both Mac and PC operating systems
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and assist multiple high-level positions
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating poise, tact, and diplomacy
