Publishing Operations Lead - Mobile Focus (9 month contract))
We are looking for an experienced Publishing Operations Coordinator, with a strong background in Product Management to work on our mobile gaming initiatives, particularly on MOBA, with a full-funnel approach. This role requires a strategic mindset, deep analytical skills, and expertise in project management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mobile gaming and a proven track record in driving digital product success across the entire customer journey-from awareness to retention and revivals.
This is a 9 month contract role, due to end June 2025 and based within our São Paulo, Brazil office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Full-Funnel Mobile Strategy: Co-work with international teams to develop and implement a comprehensive full-funnel strategy tailored for mobile platforms. This includes support in optimizing investments in each stage of the customer journey, from user acquisition and onboarding to in-app engagement, monetization, and retention/ revivals.
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage advanced analytics tools (e.g., Tableau) to gather insights on user behavior across the funnel, using this data to inform product decisions and enhance mobile user experience.
• Project Management: Co-lead cross-functional teams in executing complex mobile projects and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Utilize project management tools like Jira, Slack and other relevant tools to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
• Mobile Optimization: Collaborate with marketing, creative, product teams as well as third parties (first and aggregation platforms) to optimize mobile-specific channels, including app stores, in-app messaging, and push notifications. Drive A/B testing and user segmentation to improve performance or what is relevant according to the hypothesis to be tested.
• Cross-Platform Integration: Collaborate to a seamless integration of mobile experiences with other platforms, creating a unified and consistent user journey across all touchpoints.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the mobile funnel. Continuously analyze performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Cross-team collaboration: Work with global and regional leadership in building local mobile publishing strategies and in creating regional focus moments tied to the product moments (e.g. Carnaval and a product beat)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in publishing operations and/or product management, with an ideal focus on mobile and/or gaming.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics and experience with tools like Tableau and mobile analytics platforms.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects within the mobile ecosystem, ideally.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of mobile gaming trends and user behaviors.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
