**Job Title: Director, Creative Services - NBC & Telemundo New York**

**Position Overview:**
NBC 4 New York is looking for a Director of Creative Services to lead its Marketing and Creative Services team. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, overseeing production schedules, and ensuring the delivery of creative assets across multiple platforms, including on-air, digital, streaming, and out-of-home media.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage the creative team, overseeing daily functions and production schedules
- Work with sister station Telemundo 47 and HQ on collaborative projects
- Collaborate with content leads in News and Digital to anticipate creative needs and share ideas
- Oversee scriptwriting, review processes, and workflow management for projects
- Supervise production of all on-air and video materials, ensuring quality and alignment with brand initiatives
- Develop and manage multi-platform station image campaigns, from concept to execution
- Manage studio and out-of-house shoots, coordinating with external production companies as needed
- Execute marketing initiatives that support and extend the station’s brand, including media placement for print, cable, and digital buys
- Work closely with Technology & Operations on software and hardware upgrades, acting as a lead for workflow and process transitions
- Develop strategies for on-air and off-channel branding in collaboration with field research to build awareness and drive consumption
- Report to the VP of Marketing and Creative Services, assisting with promotional strategy development
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or finance, or equivalent work experience
- 7-10 years of experience in local television marketing and promotion
- Proven leadership skills, with a passion for coaching and communication
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to oversee detailed creative execution
- Experience working in a newsroom culture and thriving in high-pressure environments
- Advanced understanding of shooting, editing, and related software such as Final Cut Pro (FCP), Premiere, and After Effects
- Strong digital marketing knowledge across established and emerging platforms
- Highly organized, adaptable, and excels at problem-solving and troubleshooting
