Playground Games is looking for an Associate Art Producer to join our talented Forza Horizon team here in Leamington Spa on a contract basis.

About the role
As an Associate Art Producer, you will be working with our Art Directors and Art Leads to oversee the creation and completion of Art content. Your responsibilities will lie in making sure the teams you work with have all the tools and means to produce their work efficiently, also supporting them in the ability to flawlessly communicate and share information with other departments.
From a piece of content’s initial discussions to its final implementation in-game, through iterations and problem-solving moments, you will play an important part collaborating with some of the most talented developers in the industry on a multitude of content-type.
This is a contract role based at our state-of-the-art facilities in Royal Leamington Spa. We have a hybrid work model in place with a minimum of 3 days a week in studio. Relocation assistance is available if required.
What you’ll do
- Attend meetings to record and share notes & actions for the teams to follow-up with
- Log, track, and report tasks & deliverables progression to stakeholders
- Regularly sync with Leads and stakeholders to help manage their schedule and clarify their priorities
- Pro-actively initiate discussions to raise and mitigate risks
- Communicate with external partners to ensure the delivery of their engagements
