Rockstar is looking for an Associate Production Coordinator to support Voiceover and Mocap Production for all projects. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced and oftentimes fluid environments, where tasks may change quickly from one day to the next. The devil is in the details, and we’re seeking someone who truly loves the minutia of pre-production and production work. This role helps build the foundation of our well-oiled Production team and will require dedication and an eye for detailed work.
This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar’s new studio on the Westside of Los Angeles, CA.
What We Do
- The Rockstar Games Voiceover Team organizes VO sessions ranging from main story content to NPC’s and exertions.
- We support Directors to help maintain the nuance and continuity of the game’s narrative.
- We work in collaboration with other departments to help drive the collective vision across all VO content in our games.
Responsibilities
- Maintain shoot schedules for mocap and VO teams and provide travel accommodations when needed.
- Organize talent contracts and assist with NDAs and payment processing.
- Prepare, update, and distribute scripts, recording schedules, and any other materials needed.
- Schedule script reviews between the Directors, Dialogue, and Audio departments.
- Provide administrative support to studio leadership.
- Coordinate business travel and hospitality arrangements for the studio and our visitors when needed.
- Provide support for in-studio and external team events.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of on-set production or project management experience in video games, TV, theater or film.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain a positive attitude.
- Natural multi-tasker who has a keen eye for detail.
- Fast learner who feels comfortable working alone or as part of a team.
- Self-starter who is comfortable working in ambiguity.
- Ability to maintain a large amount of talent paperwork and contracts as needed.
- Experience with scheduling and project management software (e.g., ShotGrid or Monday.com).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong drive for excellence.

The pay range for this position in Los Angeles at the start of employment is expected to be between the range below* per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
