Position Purpose:
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will collaborate and support the Marketing, Communications & Events team as well as key stakeholders across the organization. Your work will progress the overall mission of the 4A’s, create awareness of our offerings and improve engagement among members and prospects. This position reports to the Director, Design.

Position Responsibilities:
- Work on various 4A’s design and branding projects.
- Collaborate with team members on strategies, concepts and deliverables.
- Create on-brand visual assets and templates for web sites, email, social media, newsletter and white papers and all event materials (signage, badges, presentation decks, etc.).
- Assist in developing and operationalizing the 4A’s brand in templates and business documents.
- Update current materials for a brand refresh.
- Collaborate with the web development team on website updates, integrations, and custom projects and make website updates as needed in terms of posting content, updating copy, etc.
- Edit and manage videos and add graphic elements (Intro, lower thirds, music, cleanup audio, etc.).
Position Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in design, with a portfolio including print and digital
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (in particular Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)
- Experience creating responsive website themes (HTML5, CSS, etc.), particularly for WordPress and Squarespace
- Detailed knowledge of image optimization techniques
- Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in an environment with aggressive deadlines and changing priorities
- Ability to readily learn new tools and technologies
- Bonus knowledge – Animation/Illustration
- Experience at an ad agency setting or in-house marketing/creative/design team preferred.
