Sr. Manager, Workplace Delivery

.The Senior Manager, Workplace Delivery is responsible for leading and overseeing the successful delivery of large-scale workplace projects across a diverse real estate portfolio. This role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with the company's strategic goals. The Senior Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain close relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Leadership & Management:
Lead the planning, execution, and completion of workplace projects, including renovations, relocations, and new constructions, ensuring all deliverables meet quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with internal departments such as real estate, IT, and facilities, and external vendors to coordinate project activities. Serve as the primary contact for all project-related communications and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Budget & Financial Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure that projects are delivered within financial targets. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on budget performance.
• Vendor & Contractor Oversight:
Manage and coordinate external vendors, architects, and contractors. Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and resolve issues to ensure project success.
• Risk Management:
Identify potential risks early in the project lifecycle, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues to senior leadership when necessary.
• Compliance & Safety:
Ensure that all workplace delivery projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and corporate policies.
• Continuous Improvement:
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and incorporating lessons learned into future project planning and execution.
• Team Leadership:
Mentor and coach project team members, including junior project managers and coordinators, to support their professional development.
Candidate Qualifications:
• Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in workplace delivery, real estate, or construction project management.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-million-dollar projects on time and within budget.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
• In-depth understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
• Financial acumen to manage large budgets and forecast expenses.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Other:
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of workplace trends, building technologies, and sustainability practices.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
