The Refinery is an award-winning entertainment advertising agency based out of Los Angeles, CA. We work with all of the major studios producing creative digital, A/V and print campaigns for theatrical properties and television/streaming content.

Responsibilities
• You will manage and maintain client template and spec requirement database
• Manage and maintain thorough QC sheets for projects
• Flawlessly execute deliverables that meet provided client/printer specs
• Flawlessly execute large-scale OOH campaigns, both working independently and with a team
• Produce final mechanicals
• Create final type and templates
• Develop talent by mentoring and teaching creative and technical skills to junior production designers (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator techniques)
• Possess and maintain strong leadership skills to be able to step in for Senior Production Manager when necessary, including the QC of other production artists’ work, scheduling of staff, and interfacing cross-functionally with Accounts, Finishing, and Product and Production Design teams.
Requirements
• Previous experience in entertainment advertising a must (either agency or client-side) - we will not consider applicants who are new to the industry for this role
• A keen eye for detail with impeccable accuracy and innate organizational skills
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to seamlessly multi-task and adapt to urgent project needs
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional tone and approach
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Official working hours are 9:30am–6:30pm PST. However, hours can fluctuate depending on client requests, and may be staggered based on after-hours needs.
This position is remote, with our agency based out of Los Angeles, CA.
Salary Range:
$75k - $100k
Rate offered will be dependent on factors such as one’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and skillset.
