Your Mission
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will drive the Call of Duty business with a specific focus on in-game live operations across console, PC, and mobile. This role is centered around projecting and handling the day-to-day performance of our supported titles' player counts and key monetization systems such as the Battle Pass, Item Shop, and more. This is a dynamic role which will collaborate and be a key partner across our finance & strategy, product management, analytics, and studio organizations.
What you bring to the table
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
• Perform engagement & monetization analysis to identify trends in our player base and in-game store to help advise and craft the product strategy for Call of Duty
• Partner with the Call of Duty finance leaders to drive Live Seasons
• Build ad-hoc analysis & collaborate with product, commercial, and marketing leadership to advise on business decisions
• Contribute to live season go-to-market plans and business unit performance updates
• Support forecasting process (annual, in-year, long range) in partnership with other COD franchise finance team members
Player Profile
Minimum Qualifications
• 2 or more years of experience, ideally in investment banking, equity research, or revenue management within a similar industry
• Robust financial modeling, ideally with a history in consumer internet/entertainment
• History of cross functional work with positive relationship management & collaboration
• Strong analytical and critical thinking; ability to communicate sophisticated concepts at a high level
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Bachelor's Degree

In the US, the standard base pay range for this role is $72,720.00 - $134,460.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all US locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
