Role and Missions — What you will do 🚀
We are looking for an experienced Lead 3D Artist to lead and elevate the visual quality of our mobile game to lead to industry-leading standards. This role is responsible for structuring production workflows, guiding 3D asset creation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality visuals aligned with the game’s artistic vision.
Working directly with the Art Director, the Lead 3D Artist will play a critical role in managing 3D production, maintaining artistic consistency, and meeting the visual goals of the project.
What you will do:
- Drive and implement the 3D art vision: Transform the Art Director’s vision into actionable production workflows for 3D assets, ensuring consistency across all models, textures, rigs, and animations.
- Manage 3D asset production: Oversee the complete pipeline for modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality 3D assets that meet the artistic and technical standards of the project.
- Lead the 3D team: Mentor and guide a team of 3D artists, providing feedback and fostering a creative, collaborative environment to help them achieve excellence in their work.
- Quality assurance for 3D assets: Conduct regular reviews of in-game 3D assets to ensure they align with the artistic vision, technical specifications, and mobile optimization requirements.
- Optimize 3D assets for mobile: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure 3D models and animations are optimized for mobile performance, balancing visual quality with smooth performance across devices.
- Create and maintain 3D visual documentation: Develop style guides, technical documentation, and production pipelines to maintain visual consistency and efficiency throughout the 3D art process.
- Innovate and solve challenges: Push the limits of 3D art within technical constraints, solving challenges creatively to enhance the visual experience while meeting the needs of mobile platforms.
- Adapt 3D art across styles: Flexibly adapt your 3D art to different visual styles, whether realistic or stylized, to meet the specific requirements of the project.

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in 3D game art production, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D
- 3D Software Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard 3D tools (e.g., Maya, Blender) and experience with Unity
- Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring 3D teams, driving quality and creativity
- Strong detail orientation with a keen eye for visual consistency across models, textures, and animations.
- Problem-solving expertise with a solutions-oriented approach to overcoming 3D-specific challenges in mobile
- Knowledge of mobile optimization techniques (models, textures, animations) to ensure assets perform well
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and clearly articulate artistic needs.
