Your Mission
- Join a multi-disciplinary creative support team working with multiple project teams to assist with art topics
- Unleash your imagination on key art, style development, and direction for current and prospective projects
- Encourage others to dream as you build the foundations for future concept artists as a core studio resource
- Develop environment and character concepts to inspire project teams, tantalize stakeholders, and assist in early and ongoing visual development
- Communicate effectively with project teams using storyboards, mood boards, style boards, and other visuals as references
- Occasionally support studio identity and branding initiatives
- Push overall artistic capability within the studio
Your Skillset
- High degree of anatomy knowledge alongside traditional drawing, sketching, and fundamentals
- Strong digital art production skills
- Adaptability and comfort with various art styles, both stylized and realistic
- Minimum 3+ years experience as a concept artist in the games industry
- Able to create both rough sketches and detailed concept renderings
- Expert knowledge of 2D software
- Basic 3D knowledge (required for blockouts)
- Knowledge of image composition
- Good understanding of development lifecycles
- Ability to give and receive feedback
