Responsibilities
- Support production staff in daily operations and project coordination
- Assist in set design, equipment setup, and technical support during shoots
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics for production teams
- Help in managing inventory and ordering supplies for production needs
- Organize and manage production paperwork and files
- Assist during filming, including coordinating background talent and audience
- Participate in post-production tasks as needed, such as editing and organizing footage
- Assist in video game capture
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for video games and anime is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or degree in film, media, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a production or assistant role is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other production software
- Basic knowledge of video production processes is beneficial
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
