Senior Technical Game Producer (Live Operations), Games Studio
The Role
We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Game Producer - Live Operations to join ISX's Social & Party Games team. In this role, you will oversee the updating and deployment of our game to players worldwide, on Cloud. It's a unique opportunity to leverage your Live OPs expertise in a groundbreaking and challenging venture-shipping cloud games. Your mission is to build and enhance our product delivery pipeline with a continuous delivery mindset, utilizing process improvements and technology advancements with the ultimate goal of prioritizing the delivery of outstanding game experiences. You understand the essentials of games as a live service and are passionate about optimizing workflows, on time releases and maximizing team efficiency. Your exceptional communication skills enable you to convey clear and concise messages to the development team and stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing strategies and maintaining a healthy pipeline for content updates and releases, working closely with QA, Engineering and Player Support teams
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing a live product and will prioritize a culture of collaboration across teams to drive continuous improvements, best practices, standardization, and documentation. They will keep the players' best interests in mind while supporting the live developers by driving, collaborating, and negotiating processes, prioritization, scheduling, risk assessment, and adoption of Netflix's release procedures.

Responsibilities
• Drive Alignment: Responsible for managing release schedules and coordinating with various partners, including Producers, Development teams, Quality Assurance, Launch Operations, and Player Support.
• Manage Releases & Pipelines: Work with the team to manage the release process through the development cycle. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the build process, has a knowledge of building pipelines, and is eager to help our teams hit their development goals.
• Be the Center of Communication: Develop release schedule and Communicate release plans, changes, and related tasks
• Strive for excellence: Monitor release progress, performance, and track results. Establish and manage continuous development & improvement processes. Provide oversight to maintain build health and stability
The Ideal Candidate
• 7+ years of professional experience in game production with a focus release management or live operations
• Professional experience updating and deploying live products
• Professional experience in build support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with a cross-discipline team of artists, engineers, player support and quality assurance
• Experience in project management and associated tools for managing development
• Knowledgeable of game industry trends and enjoys playing games
• Possess a strong technical aptitude
Bonus Skills
• Technical experience in game operations (Build deployment, troubleshooting player issues, etc)
• Professional experience releasing on Cloud or other emerging platforms
• Prior experience as a technical producer or IC
• Experience leading teams effectively

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $90,000 - $600,000.
