About the Role:
The Junior Graphic Designer will work with our team of graphic designers, as well as the communications, social, and video departments to bring a variety of Pure Romance projects to life. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing visual elements for email campaigns, website assets, and digital campaign designs.
Essential Functions:
- Create engaging email marketing campaigns and prep for programming.
- Develop original design concepts.
- Execute designs based on established style and branding guides.
- Work on a variety of projects ranging from email campaigns, web design, social media images, signage, print marketing materials, and interactive designs.
- Must keep up with design and social media trends.

Required Education and Experience:
- 2+ years of graphic design experience in-house or at a design firm; both web and print preferred.
- BFA in Graphic Design or similar discipline.
- Hands-on mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience in motion graphic (gifs, mp4, etc) creation and implementation preferred.
- Working knowledge of HTML preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of popular social media platforms
Salary Range: $45-$55k
This is an in-office position working with a creative team in our downtown, Cincinnati headquarters.
