We’re looking for a full time Junior Designer to join our creative team. You will get your hands dirty executing a wide range of design projects for experiential activations, motion graphics, digital, and social media with a focus on branding.

As a Designer at Inkling, you’ll be expected to take direction from written or verbal briefs and convert them into intentional design treatments with the project teams. You should have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing best practices, and the ability to adjust design approaches to each project, not limited to digital, print and physical experiences.

This role requires...

Work from our Bushwick studio a minimum of 2 days a week
A portfolio of great multidisciplinary work
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fresh design aesthetic, variations on styles, and awareness of design trends
Ability to receive direction and comprehend feedback, and learn from teammates but also take initiative and meet various design challenges
Detail-oriented with a passion for working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma

Preferred credentials...

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or similar discipline
