Game Designer (Slots)
Duration - Full-time, direct-hire.
Location - Hybrid - Atlanta, Las Vegas, Reno, Austin.
Salary - $120k-150k annually
Hydrogen Group is looking for experienced Game Designers who would be interested in hearing about on-going needs our customers have for Game Designers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Interactive Media, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3+ years of experience in game design, preferably in the casino gaming or interactive entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of game mechanics, player psychology, and pacing.
- Proficiency with game design tools and software (e.g., Unity, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for articulating design concepts and feedback.
- Ability to balance creativity with technical constraints and business objectives.
