You will have impact and fun at work by doing:
- Work in a wide range of styles and designs that are appealing and intuitive UIs for our games.
- Research, design, implement, defend and challenge new UI/UX assets and features such as, but not limited to, sketches, mockups, wireframes, UI animations/VFX and 2D UI assets.
- Integrate, test, and debug UI assets into Unity.
- Collaborate with other artists, designers, and programmers and ensure that UI features and systems work as intended.
- Collaborate with the Art Director in establishing the visual direction for our games.
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- You have a growth mindset. You are always looking to learn new skills. What you’re good at: you want to get better. What you don’t know: you want to learn.
- Expert knowledge in 2D digital content applications (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience in UI animation/motion design and UI VFX.
- Experience in creating logos and icons.
- Working knowledge of 3D software and workflow (Blender preferred).
- Previous experience working as a UI artist in Unity.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Be a champion and ambassador for quality and excellence within the Art Department.
- Empathy and ability to understand the point of view of others, especially the players.
- Business level spoken and written English proficiency.
