Assisting in design creation and supporting senior designers in creating visual brand assets and designing marketing materials for both print and digital platforms. Creating new deliverables based on established frameworks and templates, ensuring high design craft, attention to detail, and strict adherence to brand guidelines and consistency across all materials. Revising, updating designs, and preparing files for production. Make adjustments to existing designs based on feedback and ensuring consistency with branding guidelines. Organizing, optimizing, and exporting design files in the appropriate formats for development or printing, adhering to style guides. Collaborating on design projects and working under the senior designer’s direction to execute project concepts, participating in brainstorming sessions, and contributing ideas. Adding to the design team’s creative output and versatility with unique perspectives and skillsets. Creating Basic Motion Graphics and Vector Illustrations. Assisting in creating simple animations or motion graphics for digital campaigns, corporate website, and social media and enhancing user engagement through dynamic visual stories. Bringing vector illustration skills to craft clean, scalable, and visually appealing assets. Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor in Fine Arts in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Animation, or related field. 1 year of experience in a professional design role, internship or full-time in-house design experience is a plus. A strong portfolio that demonstrates design skills and creativity across both digital and print mediums, with a solid foundation in visual communication and a keen eye for typography, layout, and color. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Experience with motion graphics software (After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar). Familiarity with design systems and a commitment to maintaining consistency with pre-established brand guidelines. Ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating with cross-functional teams while bringing a growth mindset, being receptive to feedback, and adapting designs to meet business needs. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. A talent for creativity and quick problem-solving.
