OVERVIEW
We are seeking a driven Private Client Stylist to contribute to the growth of our digital clienteling program—a white-glove service for our most loyal and valuable clients. Reporting to the Private Client Manager, you will act as both a personal stylist and trusted advisor, driving sales through deep client relationships, curated experiences, and data-informed outreach. As a stylist, you will not only serve our top spenders but also act as a key driver of lead generation, new client acquisition, and long-term customer loyalty through highly personalized selling and relationship building.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals through a strategic blend of proactive outreach, relationship building, and personalized service.
- Leverage client insights, purchasing patterns, and behavioral data to increase conversion and accelerate sell-through of key product drops.
- Collaborate with the Private Client Manager to build and execute monthly and quarterly sales plans.
- Use performance tracking to adapt outreach and selling strategies in real time, always focused on exceeding targets.
- Plan and participate in elevated engagement initiatives (e.g., product previews, private events, community-building activations).
- Deliver an omni-channel service experience that feels exclusive, seamless, and brand resonant.
- Actively grow your client book through high-touch referrals, social selling, and reactivation of past Alo customers.
- Use your network and experience in luxury retail sales or personal styling to source new high-value shoppers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of client-facing sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets through relationship-driven selling.
- A strong personal client book or network of high-spending shoppers is strongly preferred.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and analytical—you treat clienteling as both an art and a science.
- Confident communicator with a passion for building deep relationships and delivering memorable experiences.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends, evenings, and events as needed.
The base salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
