Role: Launch Project Manager

We’re looking for a Launch Project Manager to support and streamline product launch operations, focusing on non-commercial, non-functional, and design units. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, manage cross-functional communication, and ensure accurate demand tracking and audits throughout the launch phase.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage tools, audits, and processes for pre-launch planning
· Track unit demand and change requests
· Coordinate across cross-functional teams
· Generate reports, metrics, and status updates
· Ensure smooth execution of launch timelines
Must-Have Skills:
· 3+ years in Program/Project Management
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Experience with demand planning and process optimization
· Proficiency in reporting and tracking tools
