What you’ll be doing:
- Lead a cross-functional team of Associate Strategists, Analysts, and Community Managers to ensure cohesive execution of brand strategies across all paid and owned digital channels (search, web, social, e-commerce, display, etc.)
- Write clear, compelling, creative briefs that align with business goals and inspire impactful, on-brand work
- Play a key role in the creative review process to ensure all output is aligned with the strategic direction
- Develop omnichannel, consumer-first strategies that align with business objectives and deliver measurable ROI. This includes content and messaging strategy, positioning, influencer and activation plans, and customer journey development
- Leverage both primary and secondary research to create actionable, data-driven recommendations grounded in a deep understanding of brand goals, audience needs, market trends, and industry challenges
- Stay on top of digital marketing trends and emerging platforms, and bring innovative media capabilities into the strategy mix
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including creative and media agencies, to foster insight-driven collaboration and breakthrough ideas
- Work closely with stakeholders across departments (Field Sales, R&D, Legal, Regulatory, Fulfillment, Public Affairs, Executive Management, and more) to bring ideas to life and drive results
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in brand strategy or marketing strategy, ideally in the health, wellness, or medical space
- Strong communicator with excellent presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and independent problem-solver with a collaborative mindset
- Confident team leader who can navigate evolving priorities and guide a team through change
- Enthusiastic about staying ahead of marketing trends and driving innovation
