Job Description:
Boba Quest Game is looking for an experienced Environment Concept Artist and an experienced Character Concept Artist to join our team. You are a creative individual with an artistic eye, a team player, and an independent problem solver. Your role is critical to bringing the world of Boba Quest to life.
Responsibilities: Environment Concept Artist:
- Produce high-quality concepts focused on environment and architecture under director’s lead
- Understand core game concept with a strong ability to ideate, and a good eye for composition, texture, color & lighting
- Communicate with directors and team members about ongoing projects, deadlines, and progress reports
- Discuss and receive feedback from directors and team members and apply feedback to models
- Adhere to guidelines for presenting, submitting progress and final artwork, and managing files

Requirements:
- Experience portfolio showing completed previous projects of environment concept art, or character concept art
- Strong communication skills with team members to execute vision and ability to receive and apply feedback
- Excellent time-management skills, work efficiently in a dynamic environment & meet deadlines
- Strong problem solving skills with creativity & technical skills, and attention to detail

Inspired by movies like studio ghibli titles Spirited Away and Howl’s Moving Castle and games like Animal Crossing and Kingdom Hearts, we are excited to bring a fresh experience.
