RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in design process from concept to execution (Discovery / Moodboard / Sketches / Design)
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to strategize, develop, and deliver proposals to acquire new clients.
- Present design work to senior management. Shape design decisions in response to feedback.
- Ability to maintain quality under pressure while delivering multiple projects.
- Deep understanding of typography for social, print, web, and mobile.
- Must include a strong attention to detail.
- Research into current graphic trends and communicating these trends to the design and marketing teams.
- Manage workload and deadlines to deliver creative solutions in a timely manner.
- Ownership of leading and delivering strategy-aligned campaigns on time and on budget.
- Designs presentation materials for new business pitches.
- Support your designs using insights including quantitative data and site metrics, segmentation, and feedback.
- Maintain a set of design best practices and guidelines to reduce and minimize production efforts.
- Research creative trends in competitive markets and apply that knowledge and learning to development of new marketing and projects.
- Coordinate with talent and resources, including vendors, photographers, printers, fabricators, freelancers, and web and interactive contractors, to complete creative materials for each project that add value.
QUALIFICATIONS
Portfolio that demonstrates an enhanced knowledge of brand systems applied across a variety of media (link to portfolio required).
Minimum 5+ Years experience in a design role (agency, studio, or in-house for ecommerce/retail preferred).
Demonstrated work, personal experience in sports and entertainment, multi-cultural, technology, and lifestyle industries.
Illustration skills preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite focusing on Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Premier.
Exemplified mastery of Figma, CapCut, TikTok, Meta and other social platforms.
Self Motivated and Accountable.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to communicate creative ideas effectively.
Team oriented and ability to lead.
Experience with the apparel printing and production process is preferred.
Experience in maintaining top of mind design trends as it relates to music and fashion.
