The Director of Programme Management will play a critical role in driving organizational success by orchestrating the successful delivery of complex initiatives/projects. You will have had experience in providing strategic guidance to Teams and Project Managers in ways that promote the company's culture and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment of creating and optimizing processes and nurturing multi-program success from inception to completion. This role will require an excellent leader with experience in managing through influence to produce quality results in a timely manner.
What you'll be doing:
• Defining programme controls, such as procedures and reporting
• Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
• You will also oversee the progress of operations working with game studios and central teams.
• Decide on suitable strategies and objectives for the program and coordinate cross-project activities
• Develop and set & control deadlines, budgets, and operating plan for the programme.
• Evaluate & apply change, risk, and resource management
• Support for teams with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities both in studios and within the wider organization
• Assume responsibility for the programme's people and vendors
What we are looking for:
• Relevant experience as a Programme Director or other managerial position with the games industry
• Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills & problem-solving ability
• Risk management mindset
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to learn.
• Self-motivated and able to get decisions made.
• BSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus.
