**Description:**
Warner Bros. Animation is looking for a Vice President of Studio Business Operations to lead and oversee business operations, strategy, and process management for Warner Bros. Animation, Cartoon Network Studios, and Hanna-Barbera Studios Europe. The VP will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Production, Finance, Business Affairs, and HR, and will manage the operational aspects of the studios to meet business goals.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and assist with funding and distribution models for content across multiple platforms and territories.
- Create business update decks, long-range planning materials, and strategies for studio growth.
- Coordinate with senior executives across Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) divisions on content development and production strategies.
- Oversee studio operations across three production labels and manage scalable processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with production, finance, and estimating teams to develop budgets, schedules, and greenlight plans.
- Manage the development of studio and production policies and coordinate with relevant departments, such as legal and production.
- Supervise studio operations, facilities, and production technology, including studio capital expenditures.
**Qualifications:**
- **Experience Required:** 8+ years of experience in media, with a background in finance, management consulting, or corporate development [96+ Months].
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree (Required), MBA or other relevant graduate degree (Preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to create strategic insights and manage multiple simultaneous projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong quantitative modeling skills, organizational skills, and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience preparing and presenting business plans and strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
