ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a talented junior graphic designer to join our in-house Creative Team. As part of the team, you will design and execute marketing projects for digital and print platforms in support of our Global marketing initiatives across time zones. You will work directly with the Art Director alongside Graphic Designer to bring the Brand’s creative vision to life with elevated design that demonstrates a passion for design and typography.
This role requires exemplary design skills with a high taste level and the ability to develop fresh design ideas in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. You are a detail-oriented visual problem solver who thrives in collaborative teamwork. You work effectively with cross-functional teams and can clearly articulate creative concepts to leadership, all while being a proactive self-starter with excellent time management skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, under the guidance of the Art Director and Senior Graphic Designer, creative assets and apply MARLI branding standards across customer touchpoints that may include advertising, press, CRM, social media, visual merchandising, collateral, packaging and specialty projects
- Production of print and digital materials, including preparing files for print and web
- Design and maintain brand guidelines, presentation decks and templates
- Provide support to the Creative team as needed, including file organization and archiving
- Manage multiple projects efficiently and nimbly shift focus as priorities change
- Develop and maintain a library of photographers, stylists, design, photography and video trends
- Explore and present new design and creative ideas
- Maintain high standards and constantly strive for innovative design solutions
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a design role, preferably in luxury retail marketing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to self-manage multiple projects with varying timelines and shift gears when goals and deadlines change
- Proactive self-starter
- Energetic team player with a positive attitude who is a respectful communicator and collaborator
- Champion of great design with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and projects
- Knowledge of design trends and principles.
- Familiarity with project management and workflow tools such as Monday and Asana.

- Fluent in written Arabic
