We are looking for an interior designer with 3-5 years experience. This individual will be the project lead for various model home projects. From start to finish, concept to completion/installation of furnishings. Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. Prior design firm experience required. To be considered, one must have a strong proficiency in AutoCAD and PowerPoint. Additionally, candidates must have professional written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized and detail oriented, and have the ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
· Source furnishings, textiles, art and accessories
· Manage project drawings and specifications.
· Correspond with builders and/or contractors for project details and progress.
· Attend client meetings as needed both in office and off site
· Create and manage budgets and schedules
· Provide team support in various other responsibilities working collaboratively with individuals both in the immediate team and other departments.
· Prepare client presentations, present ideas to clients, mange all aspects of the design process
