Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Narrative Designer with a strong background in world-building, character design, reputation systems, dialogue systems and storytelling. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging and interactive user experiences and a deep understanding of character development. You will play a key role in designing and implementing a reputation system + dialogue systems+ AI characters into our product.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a RPG like reputation system for both users and characters.
- Develop a badge and reputation system to rank comment quality and user credibility.
- Create engaging character arcs to enhance user experience with AI characters.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into the design process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in narrative design in RPG.
- Writing narratives whether in games, movies, etc.
- Familiarity with reputation systems in RPGs like Balder's Gate, Fallout, etc.
- Curious about AI models/LLMs, and are curious how to leverage them.
- Strong understanding of user engagement and community building through game design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bonus: You're funny, or at least that's what people tell you.
