We are seeking a versatile Brand Creative Senior Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in both the creative and operational aspects of design. This role is integral to our Brand Creative team, combining a passion for visual communications, branding, and design with the technical proficiency to deliver high-quality assets across a breadth of projects.
A key focus will be delivering exceptional presentation designs while leading the development of systems, templates, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability. The Senior Designer will be a key advocate for our visual identity, ensuring the core brand aesthetic is upheld across all creative executions. This position requires a high level of professionalism and discretion, as the successful candidate will create highly confidential decks for senior executives.
The Senior Designer will collaborate closely with the Creative Director and teams across the organization, making clear and effective communication essential for success. Attention to detail and patience are critical characteristics for this role, ensuring the highest standards are maintained while navigating diverse perspectives and complex projects. The position requires flexibility to work late nights and occasional weekends.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Create and deliver high-impact presentations with strong visual hierarchy, compelling layouts, and consistent branding. Lead the design of other creative projects, including digital and print assets, while maintaining the highest quality standards
• Uphold and advocate for the visual identity of the brand, ensuring alignment with the core aesthetic across all creative executions
• Work closely with the Creative Director and senior executives to design time-sensitive, highly confidential decks and projects
• Collaborate as part of a team, working closely with the Creative Director and other stakeholders across the organization to gather input, align on goals, and contribute to the seamless delivery of assets that meet stakeholder needs
• Quickly learn and adapt to new software tools to enhance design workflows and resolve technical challenges
• Design and implement systems, templates, and brand guidelines to support consistent and scalable workflows
Qualifications & Experience...
• Degree in graphic design with 5–7 years of design experience, in-house or agency, preferred
• Entertainment industry experience a plus
• Proficient in the latest Mac software: Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Keynote, PowerPoint, and relevant troubleshooting tools. A willingness to Embrace AI
• Experience working on diverse creative projects, including digital, print, and branding assets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Clear understanding of meeting project deadlines; extreme attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Expertise in developing and optimizing workflows, systems, and templates
• Proven expertise in presentation design with a focus on delivering visually engaging, brand-aligned decks
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly adapt to new software tools
• Exceptional design and layout skills, with a keen eye for visual hierarchy and user experience
• Effective communicator who excels in collaboration across teams and disciplines
• Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Ability to successfully manage time, workflow, and schedule
• Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary to meet deadlines (including some weekends)

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $84,000.00 - $156,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
